Acceptance of any contribution, gift or grant is at the discretion of Inspiration Ministries. Inspiration Ministries will not accept any gift unless it can be used or expended consistently with the purpose and mission of Inspiration Ministries.

No irrevocable gift, whether outright or life-income in character, will be accepted if under any reasonable set of circumstances the gift would jeopardize the donor’s financial security.

Inspiration Ministries will refrain from providing advice about the tax or other treatment of gifts and will encourage donors to seek guidance from their own professional advisers to assist them in the process of making their donation.

Inspiration Ministries will accept donations of cash or publicly traded securities. Gifts of in-kind services will be accepted at the discretion of Inspiration Ministries.

Certain other gifts, real property, personal property, in-kind gifts, non-liquid securities, and contributions whose sources are not transparent or whose use is restricted in some manner, must be reviewed prior to acceptance due to the special obligations raised or liabilities they may pose for Inspiration Ministries.

Inspiration Ministries will provide acknowledgments to donors meeting tax requirements for property received by the charity as a gift. However, except for gifts of cash and publicly traded securities, no value shall be ascribed to any receipt or other form of substantiation of a gift received by Inspiration Ministries.

Inspiration Ministries will respect the intent of the donor relating to anonymous gifts by restricting information about the donor to only those staff members with a need to know.

Inspiration Ministries reserves the right to apply all donations received, in its sole discretion, as needed for the fulfillment of the ministry’s mission, including, but not limited to, cover fundraising costs, like costs for copying and postage, costs for advertising, costs for donor gifts, costs for credit card and banking fees, production costs, such as the cost of working with third parties who provide animation, voice acting, and music composition services, and ensure that the project is delivered on schedule with uncompromising quality. Inspiration Ministries will not compensate, whether through commissions, finders' fees, or other means, any third party for directing a gift or a donor to Inspiration Ministries.

When Inspiration Ministries solicits or advertises for donations on social media platforms, those platforms, including without limitation Google, Facebook and all companies owned by or related to Meta, are not responsible for the actions, services, content or data of Inspiration Ministries. As such, when donating to Inspiration Ministries, you (a) FULLY RELEASE AND HOLD SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION GOOGLE, FACEBOOK, META AND ALL COMPANIES OWNED, CONTROLLED OR RELATED TO META HARMLESS FROM LIABILITY and (b) acknowledge that the promotion or advertisement for donations is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including without limitation Google, Facebook, Meta and all companies owned, controlled or related to Meta.
