Characters

Chick & Wilbur are the newer do well comic villains of the show. More Inept than insidious, they set out from the great cockroach colony to find fame and fortune and somehow got stuck in the garden. They are forever hatching plots against Gracie B and the band. Her effervescent personality and the bands upbeat personality is just plain old and annoying to them.  The band is always trying to be kind and loving but this pair seems to enjoy the drama they create.

He may not talk much. In fact, he grunts more than he talks. He’s loyal, strong and round because he’s a pill bug. There’s not much he won’t eat (which usually grosses the others out). He usually walks around humming and dancing to his own beat. Plus, he’s the band’s Bass player, so he can’t help himself.

Most caterpillars are solitary and quiet. They go about their day minding their own business and get together once a week for general gossip. Then there is Sally. She is the firework that won’t go out. She lights up any room she enters. Full of life and joy with the craziest of ideas. She can find a giggle in the gloomiest of clouds. Her role in the band is Drummer which she applies with gusto.

Like all little brothers, Winston is a thorn in Gracie’s side. However, they are still inseparable. Winston is  the heart of the group. He is curious about everything and often leads them into the stickiest of situations. This is usually where they need to rescue him. He plays the Ukulele in the band and plays it like a lead guitar. This often surprises the group when he plays a rift that sounds like he is playing for a heavy metal rock group.

Light-hearted, inquisitive and optimistic, Gracie Bee is a born leader. She is fearless and is always looking for a new adventure. With a whole garden as her world, she is always venturing out for something new to explore! She’s the lead singer of the band and writes the show songs. These songs are usually based on the experience from their adventures during the episode.
